The Low Row machine effectively strengthens your back and increases overall upper body strength. It effectively targets various back muscles, including the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and rhomboid muscles. The Low Row is equipped with a 136 kg weight stack.

The Lat Pulldown machine will help you build strength and volume in your back muscles. The machine primarily works the latissimus dorsi, as well as the trapezius, rear deltoids, biceps, and rhomboid muscles. The Lat Pulldown is equipped with a weight stack of 136 kg.

The multi-purpose pulleys can be very easily adjusted to up to 34 height positions. This allows you to set the pulley exactly to the position you need. Enjoy maximum versatility and exercise every muscle in your body. It is also possible to attach other types of adapters to the pulleys. Each multi-purpose pulley is equipped with a set of weights with a total weight of 113.5 kg.
